Shipping and Delivery Policy
We provide standard delivery to any address within our delivery channels. We now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99. Our standard shipping rate for most countries is $9.99 and some countries are Free Shipping depending on location. However, do note that we do not deliver to military and restricted areas and naval ports. We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you promptly and safely. 

Processing Estimate:
1-3 working days.


DHL Delivery Time:
Malaysia: 2-3 working days.
Australia | United States : 5-11 working days. 
United Kingdom (UK) : 5-11 working days.
Singapore: 4-5 working days.
(Expect a delay of 2-3 days due to COVID-19).

Rest of the World: 9-14 working days.
(Expect a delay of 2-3 days due to COVID-19).

COVID-19 Possible Delays: Please note that there is a possibility that there may be delays due to change in limited flights, sudden route blocks, surges in deliveries and staff shortages in your area. This can delay delivery for up to 3 days. Unfortunately, this is out of DHL and our control. We ask that you be patient with the delivery of your order and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.


For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.


Tracking Number Update:
Please note that your tracking number is provided 2-3 days after your package has been picked up. This is because our shipping provider only provides us with a tracking number once it is on the flight to your destination. This means, your shipping delivery time starts from when our shipping provider picks up the package and not when the tracking number is provided. An initial email is sent to you saying that your package has been processed. This means it will be picked up by our shipping provider that day. Then, a second email is sent updating you on your tracking number. 
Order Status and Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse in Malaysia. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you signaling the item has been processed. Once a tracking number is provided to us by our shipping provider, another email is sent updating you of your tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your provided tracking number. You may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number along with the address provided at checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Number Update:
All tracking numbers are provided 2-3 days after our processed email has been sent to you. The first email sent will be the processed email which means your package has been made and is pending pickup from our shipping provider that day. The second email sent will be your tracking number update. This email is to update you on the tracking number provided to us by our shipping provider. This is because our shipping provider only provides tracking numbers once packages are on the flight to you.

Taxes, Duties and Tarrifs
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
