When will my order be processed?
 All orders will be processed within 3 working days and may take an additional 1 working day for DHL to pick up the order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Australian orders, and 25 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.vayne.com.au for both local and overseas deliveries.

Processing time:
As your order is personalised, we need between 1-3 business days to process your order.

Australia | 7-9 business days 
Singapore | 3-5 business days 
United Kingdom | 7-9 business days
United States| 7-9 business days
Rest of the world | 11-14 business days

Please expect a delay of 2-3 days due to COVID-19.


Covid19 Delays
Due to the current Covid19 pandemic sweeping the world, we have no control over the delays in deliveries to your destination. We try our best to ensure that your order is received in a timely manner, but ask that you be patient with receiving your order. The above information for our shipping times is the information that we have been updated with from our courier, DHL.

COVID-19 Possible Delays:Please note that there is a possibility that there may be delays due to change in limited flights, sudden route blocks, surges in deliveries and staff shortages in your area. This can delay delivery for up to 7 days. Unfortunately, this is out of DHL and our control. We ask that you be patient with the delivery of your order and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner DHL E-commerce. Enter your six digit alpha-numeric tracking code to get an update.
Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
You may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number along with the address provided at checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
I have not yet received my parcel within the stipulated time frame, whom can I contact?
You may check the status of your parcel via:

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

However, we advise you visit your local Postal Service (eg. AUSPost ) and advise them of the redirection. Please make sure you provide identification in the form of a Passport or Drivers Licence to allow redirection authorisation. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact me, Hazel Shore, at info@vayne.com.au and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to me, Hazel Shore at info@vayne.com.au if you have not received your parcel after 30 days within Australia and 40 days internationally and we will assist you accordingly. Please note that we have not control over customs processing and during the holiday season, customs can delay packages for up to 10 days.
