Courier and Delivery

Most frequent questions for courier and delivery.

When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Australian orders, and 25 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.vayne.com.au for both local and overseas deliveries.

North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 5-11 business days

How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner POS Malaysia. Enter your six digit alpha-numeric tracking code to get an update.
Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
You may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number along with the address provided at checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
I have not yet received my parcel within the stipulated time frame, whom can I contact?
You may check the status of your parcel via:

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

However, we advise you visit your local Postal Service (eg. AUSPost ) and advise them of the redirection. Please make sure you provide identification in the form of a Passport or Drivers Licence to allow redirection authorisation. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact me, Hazel Shore, at info@vayne.com.au and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I've received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact me, Hazel Shore, at info@vayne.com.au and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly drop an email to me, Hazel Shore at info@vayne.com.au if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days within Australia and 20 working days internationally and we will assist you accordingly. Please note that we have not control over customs processing and during the holiday season, customs can delay packages for up to 10 days.
